MDM MECHANICAL INSTALLATION
What can we do for you?
From design to delivery and installation – this is how we work!
Our Design Office specializes in engineering services, design and development work. We use best software (CAD and others) to optimize and meet highest international design standards.
We have a comprehensive range of construction services:
- Design, consulting and development of conveying systems, machinery and equipment
- Producing technical documentation and carrying out implementation work.
We offer our customers effective solutions in the areas of:
- Development of concepts for technological solutions
- Visualisation of mechanical systems
- Optimization of existing technology
- Design of machinery and equipment
- Mechanical design consultancy
- CE certification
- Project coordination
Our process of steel structures designing includes the whole sequence of design activities starting from the determination what the client’s needs, through functional and technological concepts, and ending with detailed workshop and executive drawings.
The project documentation includes:
- assembly drawings
- design drawings: construction drawings included in the project, complementary to the technical description and steelwork calculations
- shop drawings: manufacturing drawings and specifications of construction elements and other related drawings and lists
- technical specifications: a study comprising a set of requirements which are necessary to determine the standard and quality of work execution.
We carry out the calculation of steel structures with the RFEM software based on the finite element method. It allows us to carry out static-strength analyses of 2D and 3D structures consisting of members, plates, walls, shells and solids.
The software allows us to determine deformations, internal forces, stresses, support forces and contact stresses. It allows the dimensioning of member structures, surface structures and connections in accordance with the applicable international and national standards.
We perform analyses in the static, modal (dynamic) and seismic (response spectrum analysis) ranges.
