MDM Mechanical Installation
The aim of our company is to deliver a finished product / solution, so we provide a complete service – from design/engineering to production, delivery and installation directly at the customer’s site. Founded in 2010, MDM currently designs and manufactures 500 tones of steel structure per month. We provide a professional service and shipment to the point of destination.

The greatest resource – the staff of professionals
MDM currently employs more than 500 experienced welders, fitters, site and project managers who can carry out professional work all over the world.
Our team includes:
- 25 site managers and 10 project managers with many years of technical experience and language skills: English, German, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian and Polish
- 80 welders with European standard EN 141, 136 and 111
- more than 500 fitters with many years of experience in assembly of conveyor systems, furnace systems, cabins/workstations and steel structures, with required certificates allowing to operate fork-lift trucks, scissor lifts and telescopic booms and other special installation equipment.
In the year of establishing the business, we employed 20 employees, 10 years later there were about 500 of them.
Certificates
- We have implemented a quality management system in accordance with EN ISO 9001-2015, and an environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001.
- We have been verified and approved as company – meeting the requirements of EN ISO 3834-2
- We have a factory production control system in accordance with EN 1090-1
- In order to be active on the world market we have all the required certificates in Russia: MDM Togliatti SRO, Russia, Health and Safety Certificate CHAS valid for performing work in the UK, certificates in the USA: General Contractor license for MDM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. in Tennessee, South Carolina, Commercial Building Contractor License in Virginia, General Commercial Contractor License in Arizona and General Contractor License in Alabama.
- Our staff is OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certified. We currently have 12 employees with OSHA 30 Certificate, and approximately 100 employees are OSHA 10 certified.
Quality department
Our employees are certified as International Welding Engineers, who can carry out weld tests as well (VT, PT and MT).
