MDM is a company that aims to be highly competitive, especially in the automotive industry, but also in other sectors. Thanks to its long-standing presence in the market, the company has more than 500 experienced welders and fitters who are able to carry out professional work all over the world. The company also employs 25 Site Managers with many years of experience and knowledge of languages such as English, German and Russian, which enables it to carry out international projects efficiently.

MDM employs 80 professional welders who are certified in accordance with European standards EN 141, 136 and 111, which allows them to perform welding works at the highest level of quality. In addition, the company employs over 300 installers with many years of experience in the automotive industry and the construction of conveyor systems and steel structures, certified to operate forklifts, articulated cranes and scissor lifts. Thanks to this, the company is able to provide its clients with comprehensive solutions including design, production and assembly of specialized and advanced steel structures and other technologically advanced industrial solutions.

MDM can produce over 500 tons of steel structures and products per month, thanks to which the company can implement large and technically advanced projects for clients from various industries and places around the world. Thanks to its knowledge and experience, the company is able to meet customers’ requirements and provide products and services of the highest quality. MDM invests in the development of its personnel and in state-of-the-art equipment and technology to ensure its customers’ competitiveness and quality of service at the highest level.

The company has a modern machinery park, which consists of equipment from leading manufacturers. As a result, the company obtains high quality products, which are controlled by the Quality Control department. Thanks to its 3 independent machining spindles, H, U and angle profiles as well as flat steel and rectangular tubes can be machined on 3 sides simultaneously. It is even possible to add one more milling spindle to process sections on 4 sides.

Another advanced machine that is part of MDM’s machinery portfolio is the Vanad MIRA plasma/gas cutting machine. It is based on the concept of CNC gantry cutters designed for oxy-fuel or plasma cutting of materials. With this machine it is possible to cut materials quickly and precisely.

The company also uses a DURMA AD-S hydraulic press brake, which has CNC-controlled 4 axes and table deflection compensation. Programming of the machine is done using a controller with a 2D interface from Swiss company Cybelec. Robust, stable guidance of the bending beam ensures high parameters of the bent part, which distinguishes this press from the competition.

Our machinery also includes BySprint Fiber, a precision laser cutting system from Bystronic. With this machine, it is possible to process sheet metal quickly and precisely. The shape of the laser beam is adjusted to the thickness of the sheet metal, which guarantees impeccable cutting edges. All this ensures high quality and high production capacity for the company.
